Having been raised in the church all my life, coming into my own relationship with Jesus has been more of a journey then you would think and will continue to be so. All my questions, struggles and triumphs may be yours or may be encouragement for you to go on or continue with your spiritual journey. So join me as I journey to Heaven.
My personal beliefs is in the Trinity. That means I believe Jesus is the son of God is HNIG and Holy Spirit is my go to guy that keeps us all connected. I attend a Bible believing Bible teaching non denominational church.
There are a lot of misconceptions and misunderstandings of the Bible as it is left up to many individuals including my and your own interpretation. But the thing about the Bible is it can't always be taken at face value. Just like any relationship or journey to know someone, the deeper in you get, the more is revealed to you. For instance you may realize that i do alot of things in three and eventually come to find out that my favorite number is 3. You can stop there with that understanding and make assumptions why based on the obvious that you know about me like maybe it because I'm the third child or continue to get to know me deeper and get the whole story on why 3 is such a prevalent number to me which has nothing to do with being the 3rd child. I am actually the 2nd. Building a relationship with the Lord is the same way. The more you seek Him the MORE of Him he reveals including the meaning of the text of the Bible. HE is not out to prove himself to doubters but if you come to Him with an open heart He will reveal Himself (jer 29:13) and His word to you (1 co 2:14).
