Curve Creator Creatin' Curves

As you should know if you are visiting my page, I am a personal trainer, weight management counselor and a bunch of other stuff to help you get and/ or stay in shape. So all that being said you would expect my body to be on point and off the chain. Well it is not and I am ashamed to say I should be in MUCH better shape.
Going into the summer I was teaching up to 18 Zumba classes a day not counting the various random Zumba performances and Belly Dance classes. There was no need to worry about what I was eating as I was burning at minimum 1500 calories a day. Yes thats how many calories some people eat in a day so I got to eat EVERYTHING and I was looking good. A little flash of a six pack, nice defined quads and guns loaded. Well as the summer progressed and classes started to fall off for various reasons and I started focusing on other talents I have to pay the bills, I continued to eat with reckless abandon enjoying all the summer festivals and celebrations, luncheons, dinners,  you name it I LOVE FOOD.  I realized I had picked up a few pounds and I didnt mind it looked good on me.....as long as I had clothes on! I got a glimpse of myself in my birthday suit and was not pleased. I put on some clothes that didnt fit as expected and was not pleased. Lost some definition that is essential to making a short skirt/ dress or shorts look good and I was not pleased. Lastly I ran in to someone I hadnt seen in about a month. He commented that I put on some weight and by the tone of his voice you could tell he was pleased with it. He followed it up with verbal confirmation that he liked what he saw. THAT WAS THE LAST STRAW.
Now don't be alarmed. I am not suffering from any disorder. My measurements by no means are anything to be worried about but to be a fitness/ wellness professional I should be and could be in a lot better shape. WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS teaching all those Zumba classes I didnt have time to hit my CURVES SMART strength training workout and build me some muscle, so I am starting to get skinny fat. Losing my muscle tone which spreads you out as well as gaining weight from not adjusting my eating habits to match my lifestyle which needs to be a daily thing.
So here I go taking ALL my own advice applying all that I know to better reflect the fitness and wellness professional that I am PLUS I gotta be in the best shape of my life going into 40 so when things start to naturally fall apart mine will be falling into place.
